Personality: Rook is a determined stallion with a passion for racing. He has good track-manners most times and enjoys a fair race, won't normally try to bite other horses but has been known to get a bit cranky if another horse is pushing or bumping into him. Can get over-excited and/or nippy while racing. Has been known to pick the occasional fight on the track but is normally well behaved. Snorts a lot when racing. Off the track, Rook is very calm and loves attention (and of course treats, too). He's easy to work with and a pleasure to train(alone. Training with other horses can be hit-and-miss, behaviorally), loves one-on-one races, loves to be at the front.

Preferred Place in the Pack: Rook is a front-runner at heart, but does best if held a few horses back until the final stretch of track. 
                                                    Note: It is rarely possible to hold Rook back

Quirks: 
    -Rarely listens to his jockey/nearly impossible to hold back
    -Can be aggressive towards other horses on the track
    -Gets overwhelmed/worked up easily and gets moody/nippy as a result
    -Refuses to wear anything extra on his face such as blinkers, will have a fit if you try to race him with anything more than the cheek pieces and throat-latch
